The Clark High School PTSA is proud to recognize graduating seniors who demonstrate outstanding leadership, character, community service, and PTSA involvement.
Each year, two $750 scholarships are awarded to students who embody the Cougar spirit through service and engagement at Clark High School.
Important Dates
· Applications Open: January 6, 2026
· Deadline to Apply: Monday, March 16, 2026, by 3:00 PM
· Winners Announced: At the C Awards Ceremony in May 2026
Eligibility
To be considered, applicants must:
· Be a graduating senior from Clark High School
· Be a current member of the Clark PTSA at the time of application (join or renew at joinpta.org)
· Submit a completed application and all required materials by the deadline
Application Requirements
A complete application includes:
1. Completed Application Form – including student, academic, and PTSA involvement information
2. Official 7th-Semester Transcript – request early to allow time for processing
3. One-Page Essay – typed and single-spaced on 8.5x11 paper, responding to one of the following:
o How has your involvement in community service and volunteer activities at Clark influenced your personal growth and leadership?
o How do you plan to continue your commitment to service and leadership beyond high school?
4. Resume (Maximum 2 Pages) – including:
o Clark activities, clubs, athletics, and leadership positions
o Awards and honors
o Extracurricular and community involvement
o Employment or volunteer experience
o PTSA participation

6. Verification of Active PTSA Membership
Selection & Evaluation
Applications are reviewed by the Clark PTSA Scholarship Committee. Recipients are chosen based on:
